CLIENT BRIEF

Although Kuwait Finance House (KFH) was the first foreign Islamic bank to be established in Malaysia, not many people know of the brand, its credentials or the fact that it offers retail banking products.

OUR SOLUTION

By digging deep into KFH’s history, we found that KFH was involved in many landmark deals with successful business entities such as AirAsia, KL Sentral and Pavilion.

These are impressive credentials for a bank to claim, to be immediately seen as strong and secure – if these savvy businesses could trust KFH in corporate/commercial banking, why shouldn’t the consumers out there, when it comes to retail banking?

In only 9 months, brand awareness increased from 2% in March 2011 to 19% in December (after the campaign).
